Stone Machining Systems

CNC Machines International manufactures spindle based machining systems for a variety of applications, including high density foam, stone, wood and plastics.  All stone machining systems feature spindles with automatic tool changing, ISO 40 tool holders and through the shaft water cooling.

Ultrasonic Cutting Systems

CNC Machines International manufactures ultrasonic cutting systems for profile shape cutting of synthetic turf and various carpet materials. All ultrasonic cutting systems feature machined flat, waterproof vacuum tables. Standard and custom sized cutting tables are available to 16' x 88'.
